89th Academy Awards

The Oscars AKA Hollywood's biggest night AKA The Academy Awards AKA Meryl Streep's Show aired live tonight from the Dolby Theatre in L.A. Yes, it is true, the Best Picture Award was mistakenly given to LA LA Land when the true winner was Moonlight. Moonlight was the best film of this year and the last and the one before. After leaving the movie theatre I remember thinking "There is no other film like this one." I'm glad it happened the way it did actually because that moment reminded me of the love of hope. 

Jimmy Kimmel did a great job in my opinion. He was serious and funny but not seriously funny but more like seriously blunt and maybe offensive. But can we focus on the stunning red carpet looks served by all these folks?!
