Oscars 2018 Best Dress

Last year, $32.9 million viewers tuned into The Oscars. This year, less than 29 million viewers tuned it out. This year's views are at an all-time low. 

As unfortunate as that is, the fashion show does not stop. These are our best-dressed list for the 90th Academy Awards ceremony happening now at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
