Cinco de Mayo

Every year the White House has a Cinco de Mayo celebration in the East Wing and this year was no different, except... it is the last one celebrated with President Obama! The margaritas and tostadas were DELICIOUS and guess who performed? MANÁ! If you don't know, Maná is the latin U2 and they rocked the house playing some of there hit songs. Not seconds after the President was introduced by and student Dreamer was the crowd chanting "4 more years! 4 more years!" He stopped the crowd and said that aside from the constitution and laws, the First Lady will certainly not allow it. I feel you, FLOTUS! It was a blast to celebrate such a special people and culture not only among prominent fellow mexicans like Mana, Jaime Camil and Will Valderrama but also amongst family and friends.
